Getting Set Up

You will have complete access to your Control Panel where you can manage your Site Content (hotels profiles, rates & availability, event information), view, edit & confirm Hotel Bookings and access Tools such as analytics, How To Guides and Tutorials. also provide you with your own ( email address, and you can buy branded business cards and marketing materials from our online store. 

Your Online Training Program starts when you are ready, and you can work at your own pace. Follow the easy to use modules and video tutorials. There is also Online Support to answer any questions you have along the way. 

Training & Online Support provide online training for all Agents with online 1-2-1 sessions. In destination training can also be provided on request. Training runs for approximately 3 weeks part time but can be completed sooner and covers the main areas detailed below. In addition to this we can provide extended training on the industry and other business development topics. 

Each month all global Agents are invited to attend Business Development Webinars online, and can network with other Agents on our own closed forum. 

We are passionate about the Support we provide our Agents to help their businesses grow. Ongoing Support is always available and provided by email, Skype & telephone.

Invoicing Hotels & Earning Money

Hotels pay an average of 10% commission per completed booking (sometimes up to 15%). They are invoiced at the end of each month automatically by the Booking System. In your Control Panel you can see all your bookings, receive emailed notifications and see all hotel invoices. 

You can view bookings at all times and receive emailed notifications and alerts when bookings are made. invoice all hotels directly using the Online Invoicing System. You get paid a revenue share monthly. 

If you use the Affiliate Hotels we provide you (so you don't have to contact hotels directly) then the commission ranges from 5% to 8% depending on the supplier. We currently work with Expedia and 

Working Directly with Hotels

Many hotels prefer to work directly with you for events and groups because we charge 10-15% which is lower than other online Agents like and Also, the event usually is only over a few days, so it's very easy for them to manage this. You can provide your partner hotels with a Login and Password for them to manage their information, rates and availability. 

Some hotels use software to do this for them called Channel Managers (CM's). CM's are systems which hotels subscribe to to distribute their rates to the many agents they work with. technology is linked to two of the largest CM's in the world, Siteminder and TravelClick (EZYield). Support can help you integrate any of these hotels.
